  • About

Located in an historic, 125-year-old Victorian home in the heart of Breckenridge, the Hearthstone Restaurant has been a locals favorite since 1989 for warm, small-town hospitality and the finest cuisine in Colorado.
Our seasonally changing dinner menu, which has received the Zagat ''Award of Distinction'' since 1999, is a unique blend of comfort and sophistication. Whether you choose a melt-in-your-mouth piece of slow-roasted prime rib, an elegant preparation of Colorado lamb, a classic filet mignon or an aromatic dish of ginger crusted sea scallops, Executive Chef Michael Halpin's goal is ''to offer a menu that's fun and exciting which reflects the regional cuisine of Colorado.''
The Hearthstone offers an extensive ''New World'' wine list that has received the Wine Spectator's ''Award of Excellence'' annually since 1997. We've carefully chosen approachable, high-quality wines that complement our full-flavored, eclectic cuisine. We offer selections from a wide range of wineries, from some of the most well-known in the world to smaller, boutique producers. Whether you prefer a light, refreshing Australian Chardonnay or an intense, opulent Napa Cabernet (or anything in between), you're sure to find it on our list.
Come as you are and relax in the warmth of our richly decorated home as our professional staff serves you our award-winning cuisine.
